The Role
We are seeking a
dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager
to lead and grow relationships with some of our most strategic international partners. You will act as the
primary point of contact for high-value accounts
, driving growth through tailored commercial strategies, proactive communication, and strong negotiation.
This is a
fully in-office role
, open
only to candidates based in Cardiff or surrounding regions
for ease of daily travel.

What You'll Be Doing
Own and develop relationships with key partner accounts, deeply understanding their commercial goals, challenges, and growth potential
Act as the senior point of contact for strategic partners, ensuring trust, responsiveness, and long-term collaboration
Lead
commercial negotiations
around pricing, commission structures, contracts, and performance terms
Identify and unlock
new revenue opportunities
within existing accounts and adjacent markets through warm outreach and strategic engagement
Manage the
full commercial lifecycle
from opportunity identification through to closing and long-term account growth
Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Product teams to deliver tailored partner solutions
Analyse account performance (GMV, pricing, availability, conversion) and recommend data-driven improvements
Use CRM tools (Salesforce or similar) to track activity, forecast revenue, and inform strategic planning
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure excellent execution, onboarding, and ongoing partner support
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in
Key Account Management, B2B Sales, or Business Development
Strong track record of
negotiation and closing
, ideally within technology, SaaS, marketplaces, or travel
Confident in managing complex, long-term client relationships with senior stakeholders
Comfortable positioning
technology-driven solutions
and articulating value clearly
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data, market trends, and performance metrics
Experience using
Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
Skilled in
warm calling and strategic outreach
to grow existing and target accounts
Excellent communicator--clear, persuasive, and commercially sharp
A natural owner who leads by example and collaborates effectively across teams
Must be based in Cardiff or nearby
and able to work full-time from Brunel House
