To support the growth and retention of Edyn's European corporate and MICE client base by delivering proactive account management, supporting commercial initiatives, and ensuring excellent client service in line with Edyn's brand values and performance goals.

Key Account Director - Corporate & MICE, Europe
Location & Hours:
Based at our London offices 5 days per week, with core hours of 9-5 (40 hour working week).
Flexibility required to travel across the UK and Europe, depending on business needs.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Managing a prtfolio of corporate and MICE accounts, ensuring strong relationships, client satisfaction, and repeat business.
Supprting new business development through lead generation, prospecting, and converting new opportunities within the corporate and MICE segments.
Assisting in the develpment and execution of account plans to drive revenue, improve retention, and support long-term growth.
Preparing tailred commercial proposals, supporting rate negotiations, and assisting with RFPs and contracting processes.
Cllaborating closely with revenue, marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery of client expectations.
Mnitoring account performance and preparing regular reporting, insights, and client-facing updates.
Representing Edyn at trade events, client meetings, and netwrking opportunities across Europe.
Acting as a brand ambassadr, consistently reflecting Edyn's values and service standards in all external interactions.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED THE FOLLOWING:
Experience:
Experience in htel sales or account management, ideally across multiple markets in Europe.
At least 4 years' experience in the htel sector, across multiple European / international jurisdictions looking after 3m plus of annual business.
Familiarity with crporate travel and MICE sales channels, including sales cycles and procurement processes.
Prven ability to manage client portfolios, support revenue targets, and contribute to commercial success.
Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar sales, business develpment, or account management role.
Skills:
Fluent in English; additinal European languages are an advantage.
Excellent cmmunication and relationship management skills.
Highly rganised and detail-oriented with strong commercial awareness.
Cnfident using CRM tools and reporting platforms to support sales activity.
Skilled at managing multiple pririties and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
