Eckoh's Customer Engagement Security Solutions help our clients to take payments and transact securely with their customers through all contact center engagement channels. The solutions, which are delivered globally through our cloud platforms and protected by multiple patents, remove customer's sensitive personal and payment data from clients' contact centers and IT environments. They provide merchants a simple and effective way to reduce the risk of fraud and data breaches, become compliant with security regulations, as well as enhancing their brand and increasing customer satisfaction.

The Role:



In your role as

Key Account Manager

, you will be responsible for the overall retention, growth, and deepening of client relationships within an assigned strategic accounts portfolio within Eckoh. You will provide our clients with strategic and proactive consultation on a variety of business objectives and solutions. This role is perfect for someone who is client driven, has a passion for problem solving, and is excited for a role with a direct and significant impact on the short and long-term success of Eckoh. It will be critical that you are able to break down complex technology and explain it with simplicity.

You will identify, develop, and manage multiple relationships across the client's organization to ensure strong collaboration and prioritization of key initiatives. You will also focus on deepening strategic account relationships and growing an assigned portfolio of accounts throughout the US.

Key Functional Responsibilities:



Proactively and strategically manage a client portfolio consisting of large enterprise and large cap clients for retention and growth. Collaborate on strategic account plans, identify and pursue opportunities to provide value, establish trust, and present solutions across Eckoh's offerings, effectively managing upselling, and cross-sale opportunities. Partner closely with various resources through the sales process, including legal, product, solution architects, and sales. Provide an exceptional level of service to your clients and internal business partners, managing a client portfolio for retention and growth. Lead the development of strategic account plans in collaboration with the client and Eckoh team, which includes delivery of business reviews with clients on a consistent basis. Guide clients in navigating change related to our solutions by facilitating scoping intake, managing Change Orders, and overseeing the commercial aspects of change. Work cross functionally to coordinate with your colleagues across the globe to ensure the development and delivery of client solutions and proactively make recommendations to solve complex business challenges. Consistently define the next-generation vision for the Eckoh client partnerships, providing industry perspective and recommendations to customers through meaningful industry and data insights. Manage client escalations on the customer business side, including operational issues working closely with the various internal technical teams, as well as commercial issues working closely with the Finance, Contracts, etc. Continuously seek and maintain a depth of payment and contact center industry expertise and pair with a consultative approach to build clients' trust and fuel their success. Maintain a high attention to detail when it comes to managing client information and documentation in CRM - Salesforce, Jira, NetSuite, Confluence and other internal operating systems. Meet or exceed performance expectations based on key performance indicators agreed upon depending upon strategic focus, including meeting retention and revenue targets.

Person Profile & Behavioral essentials:



7+ years of relationship management experience with large enterprise organizations. Technology-based account management experience essential; Experience in SaaS business and sales experience. Ability to quickly establish credibility and effective working relationships with various stakeholders at all levels across the customers' organization. Strong financial and analytical skills (e.g., ability to define and review pricing strategies/sell into clients) Ability to partner with Enterprise Sales to drive successful outcomes for Eckoh customers; previous deal experience. Experience executing on sales strategies, presentations, and subsequent negotiations Entrepreneurial spirit with a solid ability to acquire knowledge, present products and financials, and influence others Strong organizational and communication skills and the ability to plan and execute against strategic objectives Word, PowerPoint, and Excel skills are required for preparation of meetings and client support materials as well as day-to-day work Ability to analyze individual company spend profiles, validate against benchmarks, and develop account expansion strategies
