Key Account Manager - Stonegate

The Role:
As Key Account Manager, you'll support the growth of our premium and super-premium brands across the UK's largest pub company. Partnering with a National Account Manager, you'll help deliver commercial plans across a diverse managed and leased & tenanted estate.
You'll build strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive brand performance through activations, data insights, and commercial proposals. Internally, you'll collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution and impact in-outlet.
This role requires commercial acumen, a proactive mindset, and strong execution skills all while championing BBG's culture and values.

Key Responsibilities:Build trusted relationships across customer sales, marketing, and operations teams Become a subject matter expert in the customer's managed and leased businesses Respond promptly to customer queries and proactively resolve challenges Use customer and category data to uncover growth opportunities Activate our key brands in line with customer marketing plans to drive rate of sale Support the National Account Manager with P&L management and forecasting Negotiate commercial terms that benefit both BBG and our customers Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Trade Marketing, Category, Supply, and Sales Ops Partner with Field Sales Managers to strengthen and develop our BDM team Deliver commercial routines including investment tracking, forecasting, and business reviews Maximise return on investment by managing spend effectively and driving savings


Who We're Looking For:Field-based, with flexibility for regular travel Background in Account Management, ideally within the on-trade or FMCG sector Energy, ambition, and a proactive mindset A passion for the drinks industry and hospitality Excellent communication, time management, and influencing skills Ability to build strong internal and external relationships A data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into compelling commercial stories
