We are seeking an organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
Key Account & Operations Coordinator
to join our team. This role combines elements of account management, administrative support, and day-to-day business logistics. You'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations across the office -- from managing client relationships and order flow to coordinating internal communication and assisting with business processes.
A deep understanding of our products and day-to-day sales operations is essential, as all transactions are managed through
Shopify and email
(no Salesforce or traditional CRM systems). The ideal candidate will be highly adaptable, have strong administrative and communication skills, and be comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
A solid grasp of
social media
and experience in
social selling
will be a strong advantage, as this role also involves supporting our customer engagement and brand visibility online.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative and logistical support for day-to-day office and business operations.
Manage and maintain key client relationships, ensuring timely communication and excellent customer service.
Oversee orders, invoicing, and client communications through
Shopify and email
.
Support business logistics by coordinating between departments to ensure smooth workflow and accurate information flow.
Assist with tracking inventory, delivery schedules, and client follow-ups.
Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to understand product performance and customer trends.
Contribute to social media planning and engagement, supporting online campaigns and social selling initiatives.
Prepare and maintain accurate reports, order summaries, and performance updates for management.
Help identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and enhance client satisfaction.
Provide general office assistance as needed to support business operations.
Skills & Experience
Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail.
Previous experience in account coordination, office support, or logistics within a product-based business.
Familiarity with
Shopify
and confidence managing orders and communications through email.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to prioritise multiple tasks and maintain accuracy under pressure.
Working knowledge of
social media platforms
and an understanding of
social selling
strategies.
Proactive, resourceful, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
Strong analytical thinking and ability to understand product and operational workflows
