We're looking for a commercially driven

Key Account Manager

to support and accelerate the growth of a fast-growing premium serviced accommodation business operating across London and major UK cities.

This is a senior, hands-on commercial role focused on winning new business, growing high-value client relationships, and driving sustained revenue growth. Working closely with the Director of Sales and cross-functional teams, you'll play a key role in expanding our client base across corporate, relocation, insurance, healthcare, and long-stay sectors.

This role is ideal for a confident relationship builder with strong sales or account management experience, commercial acumen, and a data-led approach to performance.

What You'll Be Doing



New Business Development & Growth



Proactively identify, target, and win new corporate and agency clients aligned with growth strategy Build and manage a strong pipeline through outbound activity, networking, referrals, and market insight Lead client pitches, presentations, and commercial negotiations Convert opportunities into long-term partnerships and contracted revenue Represent the business at client meetings, events, and industry forums

Key Account Management



Own and grow a portfolio of strategic client accounts as the senior point of contact Develop a deep understanding of client needs, booking behaviour, and growth potential Drive account expansion across properties, services, and locations Lead contract renewals, rate reviews, and commercial discussions Deliver a proactive, consultative approach to relationship management

Revenue & Performance Management



Take ownership of individual revenue targets and contribution to team performance Use CRM data to manage pipeline, forecast accurately, and track conversion Analyse client and sector data to identify risks, trends, and opportunities Provide regular performance updates and commercial insight to senior leadership

Cross-Functional Collaboration



Work closely with Reservations to maximise conversion and optimise client outcomes Collaborate with Operations, Guest Services, and Housekeeping to ensure service delivery meets expectations Partner with Marketing on lead generation, campaigns, proposals, and brand activity Provide demand-led insight to Property Acquisition to support expansion decisions Act as a commercial role model within the wider business

Proposals, Onboarding & Continuous Improvement



Lead preparation and presentation of client proposals, rate cards, and agreements Oversee smooth onboarding of new clients into operational and reservations workflows Ensure accurate capture of client data, agreements, and activity in CRM systems Identify and implement improvements to sales processes and client experience

What We're Looking For



Essential



Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or client relationship management Track record of winning and growing client accounts Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and influencing skills Commercially driven with a clear focus on revenue growth Data-literate with experience using CRM systems and sales metrics Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Desirable



Experience in serviced accommodation, hospitality, corporate housing, travel, or property Knowledge of the London corporate accommodation market Existing network across relocation agencies, insurers, or corporate travel buyers Experience managing multi-location or multi-city client portfolios
