What we offer:



Salary: 31,000- 34,500 (Experience Dependent) Contracted Hours: 8.00am - 5:30pm (Monday-Friday) Office Based Role Competitive base salary + performance-based incentives 29 Days Holiday including bank holidays Private Medical Healthcare

Your Role as Key Account Manager:



You'll be the go-to person for our key clients--building trusted relationships, delivering tailored logistics solutions, and driving account growth through exceptional service and strategic insight.

What you'll do:



Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients across various industries Understand and anticipate client needs, offering smart, tailored transport solutions Act as the lead contact--responding to enquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high client satisfaction Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver on projects with precision and efficiency Identify growth opportunities and help expand services within existing accounts

What You Bring to the Role:



Previous experience as a Key Account Manager (or similar client-facing role) in transport/logistics In-depth knowledge of transportation and logistics processes Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Strategic mindset with the ability to analyse trends and build account plans Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with transport planning/management software
