Now we're looking for a Key Account Manager OOH to join our passionate team and help us shape the future of food and beverages. You will be based in UK, report to the UK Country Manager and be part of a great team of people based in our locations across Europe.
Your role in the blend
As Key Account Manager OOH, you'll "Accelerate Growth in Out of Home". This is one of six core strategic focus areas within Paulig. A strategic direction has been set with a common Paulig Strategy for Out of Home and a change process to capture growth has been initiated.
In this role, you will:Execute the UK OOH commercial plan/strategy for Paulig Pro (Santa Maria) that delivers against business objectives including customer / product mix, share of plate, forecasting, net sales and profitability.
Identify and plan differentiated sales strategies which incorporates end users and the wholesale RTM - defining how we win with existing and new customers.
Identify competitors and evaluate their strategies and positioning.
Work within agreed investment levels to ensure sales & margin targets are achieved, making suggestions where necessary to drive profitable performance.
Develop customer partnerships through understanding, insight, negotiation, trade terms, joint business planning, and selling at a strategic level.
Develop, maintain, and proactively extend a strong network of relationships externally and internally to understand and predict customer opportunities and needs.
Work cross functionally with the UK&I departments to maximise customer relationships, increase listings and drive volume growth
Work in a safe way and take on the Health & Safety culture within Paulig

To succeed in this role, you are likely to have:At least 3 years' experience in Branded/Private label business either as KAM or Sales Manager in a FMCG company.
Extensive knowledge of the OOH market, selling to - QSR, Pub groups and chains, with knowledge of the wholesale route to market.
Experience in a similar role with a proven delivery of results.
Strategic mind with an ability to structure and prioritize actions.
Creative business development
Ability to work within a matrix organization and understand structures, roles, and responsibilities.
Strong account management skills
P&L owner with strong negotiation and customer management skills.
Analytical skills with an ability to translate insight into action.
Broad customer relationships across both QSR & Wholesale
Competency in all Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Fluent in English.
Full UK driving licence - Whilst the role is remote it will require travel.
