- Join us as Wonderpack.eco's Key Account Manager!
Hey there, relationship-builder and natural problem-solver!
Do you love helping clients succeed, spotting opportunities to make things better, and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes? Are you someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, stays calm under pressure, and enjoys turning complex challenges into simple, thoughtful solutions?
If this sounds like you, we'd love to meet you.
Who We Are
At Wonderpack.eco, we're transforming e-commerce fulfilment into something thoughtful, people-first and planet-kind. We partner with brilliant brands that care about product quality, sustainability and long-term collaboration and two of these brands are among the most exciting and fastest-growing in our portfolio.
We're now looking for a Key Account Manager who can nurture and elevate these relationships.
The Gig
As our Key Account Manager, you will be the day-to-day owner of our two largest client accounts. You'll build trust, anticipate needs, and ensure their fulfilment operation runs smoothly, consistently and with Wonderpack warmth.
You'll spend your time:
Being the main point of contact for our top-tier clients
Leading operational reviews, reporting and performance conversations
Getting ahead of potential issues before they escalate
Working closely with Operations, Digital Ops and Client Support to ensure flawless delivery
Using data to spot patterns, opportunities and improvements
Managing account performance, forecasting and planned activity
Coordinating commercial discussions and ensuring pricing accuracy
Driving efficiencies and reducing repeat issues
Ensuring clients feel informed, supported and confident in our partnership
This is a brilliant role for someone who enjoys building relationships, managing detail, and delivering a premium service experience.
You'll Thrive in This Role If You:
Communicate clearly, kindly and with confidence
Have excellent organisational skills and enjoy managing multiple moving parts
Can stay composed during busy periods and client escalations
Work well with cross-functional teams and build strong internal partnerships
Are comfortable working with data, trends and performance metrics
Think ahead, anticipate risks and aim for continuous improvement
Bring a positive, proactive attitude to solving problems
Have experience in account management, client success or operations
Experience in e-commerce, logistics or 3PL is helpful but not essential, mindset matters most.
What Makes This Opportunity Special
You will own relationships with two of our most important clients
You'll help shape how we deliver and improve our largest operational partnerships
You'll work in a business that puts people and planet first
You'll collaborate closely with smart, supportive operational teams
You'll see the impact of your work every single day
You'll be part of a company growing fast the right way
Flexible on location, but recommend easy access to London. The role includes regular travel to client sites in London, to our HUB in Shoreham-by-Sea, and to our Nottingham warehouse as needed.
If this sounds like the perfect next step for you, we'd love to hear from you.
