The Key Account Manager is responsible for managing defined list of accounts of strategic importance within the region. The role must build and maintain a strong relationship with clients. They will be the lead point of contact for all key client matters, anticipate the client\xe2\x80\x99s needs, work with the Company to ensure deadlines for clients are met and help clients succeed. The Key Account Manager will also bring in new business from existing clients or contacts and will develop new relationships with potential clients.

  • Negotiating contracts with client and establishing timeline of performance
  • Ability to present to a very high standard to large audiences of all levels from Managers through to CEO\xe2\x80\x99s within both the Public and Private sector
  • Strategic planning to improve client results
  • Establishing and overseeing internal and external budgets
  • Working with design, Sales team, creative, advertising, Logistics, managers, Marketing and team members from other departments dedicated to the same client account to ensure the highest quality of materials are being produced and all client needs met
  • Collaborating with the Sales team to maximise profit by up-selling or cross-selling
  • Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders and possible use in future case studies or Company training
  • Meeting all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines
  • Analysing client data to provide customer relationship management
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales, management, key account management, or relevant experience including delivering client solutions and meeting sales goals
  • Strong negotiation skills, with ability follow-through on client contracts
  • Fully conversant with the sales-cycle process
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be a listener, a presenter and a people person
  • Able to multitask, prioritise and manage time efficiently
  • Goal-oriented, organized team player
  • Encouraging to team and staff able to mentor and lead
  • In-depth understanding of Company key clients and their position in the industry
  • Eager to expand company with new sales, clients, and territories
  • Able to analyse data and translate results into improved solutions
  • Experience in opportunity /project management
  • Intermediate computer skills and experience with CRM software and Microsoft office, with emphasis on Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills

Working Hours: 37hours a week; Mon \xe2\x80\x93 Thurs 08.30 - 17.00 and Fri 08.30 - 16.30 with a 1 hour unpaid lunchbreak
