Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Key Account Manager to join our team in the UK. Based in Greens Norton, this role is vital in strengthening our relationships with key clients and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will play a crucial part in supporting our mission to be a trusted partner for automotive service providers.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty. Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and across the market. Collaborate with sales and technical teams to provide tailored solutions that meet client needs. Conduct regular analysis of account performance and market trends. Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing product benefits and technical features. Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize mutual benefits. Represent Pro-Align Limited at industry events and trade shows. Provide feedback from clients to inform product development and service improvements.

Qualifications

Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the automotive or equipment industry. Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends. Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools. Demonstrated leadership abilities and team collaboration skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts effectively. A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer engagement.
