We are seeking an experienced and driven key Account Manager to help expand our presence in the B2B market. This role is instrumental in accelerating our growth, driving sales and delivering a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of continuous sales success within the lighting industry.?
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive business growth within the B2B market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers from a range of sectors.
Identify and engage with new business opportunities through networking, industry events and targeted outreach.
Manage the sales cycle from initial contact through to closing deals and post-sales support.
Collaborate with the internal support and technical teams to deliver tailored lighting solutions for clients.
Prepare proposals and negotiate with key stakeholders.
Deliver face to face presentations a promote our product range and educate industry professionals.
The role will predominantly be office based with some travel required for client meetings, exhibitions and industry shows.
About You:

Proven track record in business development, sales or account management within the lighting industry
Knowledge of the lighting industry, products and technical aspects.
Established network of existing contacts would be preferential
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
Familiarity with industry-standard lighting software and tools is a plus.
