Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join a small, fast growing team. The candidate will work closely with a key client and react efficiently to enquiries and tenders received.

The candidate will also carry out site surveys, arrange client meetings and work closely with our operations team to deliver projects. This role will cover all aspects of client account managing from enhancing the relationship, to dealing with enquiries, to delivering projects efficiently.

This role is ideal for someone who needs flexible working, can work under pressure when necessary and wants to be part of a small team.

You will be joining a small Interior fitout company who specialise in high end projects throughout London and the South East. The client account that this candidate will manage is a large reactive maintenance company that cover interior/exterior works across the UK.

About you

Organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively. Ability to work closely with a key client and action enquiries efficiently Basic knowledge of construction maintenance works / Fire Risk assessments is necessary Driving license and ability to undertake site surveys when necessary

Pay: From 25,000.00 per year
