The Opportunity
We're seeking an exceptional
Key Account Operations Specialist
to become the strategic liaison between our most valuable clients and internal operations. This isn't just a customer service role--you'll be the operational architect ensuring seamless experiences for our key trade and print-on-demand partners who drive significant business growth.
Reporting to a founding director, you'll play a pivotal role in scaling our service excellence while maintaining our commitment to sustainability and innovation.
What You'll Achieve
Strategic Account Stewardship
Partner with high-value key accounts to optimize their order processes and drive mutual success
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency
Serve as the primary escalation point for complex account issues, ensuring swift resolution
Operational Excellence
Collaborate cross-functionally with production, fulfillment, and design teams to streamline workflows
Analyze service performance data and customer insights to drive continuous improvement initiatives
Develop and maintain processes that support scalable, sustainable growth
Performance & Innovation
Monitor and report key performance indicators to senior leadership
Champion innovative solutions that align with our sustainability mission
Contribute to strategic decision-making through data-driven insights and client feedback
What We're Looking For
Essential Experience
3+ years
in account management and/or senior customer service roles, preferably in print-on-demand, e-commerce, or garment decoration industries
Proven expertise
with Shopify platforms and API integrations (2+ years minimum)
Demonstrated proficiency with CRM/helpdesk systems and data analysis tools
