THE ROLE:



As a Key Account Sales Manager you will be responsible for managing our existing UK and international retailer accounts, as well as driving growth in the markets through a strategic approach. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a brand that values creativity, quality and strong customer relationships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:



Manage retailer key accounts in the UK, EMEA, APAC and North America, strategically growing the business with a long-term perspective Work alongside the Sales Manager to develop and execute an annual sales strategy to grow each account in a sustainable way, at the same time adhering to the Noodoll brand positioning Establish strong relationships and maintain excellent levels of communication with accounts, serving as the main point of contact through email, face-to-face meetings and calls Present new seasonal launches to retailers in person and online Work with each account on building rolling forecasts and securing forward orders to support their business needs and assist internal stock planning Grow brand awareness through strategic business partnerships Identify new retailer opportunities and lead discussions with potential business partners Negotiate terms of trading and close business deals Collaborate with different functions of the internal business to ensure accounts are fully supported and orders are fulfilled on time Propose POS or in-store activation opportunities to maximise brand-building and sales Attend trade shows and follow up on new leads after each show to convert into sales Track progress sales reports, monitor targets and drive continuous growth Present regular updates on financial and commercial results to the Sales Manager and senior management team.

SKILLS:



Essential

Minimum 3 years experience in a national or key account manager position Experience of managing UK national retailer accounts Track record of building forecasts and managing order books Proven experience of building customer relationships and growing accounts with a long term view Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines, overseeing tasks from start to completion Problem-solving and negotiation skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Excellent IT skills Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately
Desirable

Experience of working with international retailers Knowledge of the gift or toy industries Some knowledge of contract negotiation Trade show experience European language skills (e.g. French, German, Spanish).

Other Considerations:



Some overseas travel to meetings and trade shows.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 40,000.00-45,000.00 per year
