Working predominantly within the Building Services sectors supporting Healthcare, Correctional Facilities and Education establishments, we are experts in providing repair, maintenance, and installation solutions within the pump engineering world, and have ambitious growth plans over the next 3 years.

We are now looking to recruit a Key Account Support to help us deliver our growth strategy, whose primary role will be to support the Key Account Manager (KAM) in managing key client relationships. This role will report to the Business Development Manager and will ideally suit a highly organised person who enjoys being part of an energetic team and who loves growing sales and key accounts.

Job Summary & key objectives:



1. Growing Key Accounts

2. Keeping the Key Accounts Manager (KAM) diary fully booked

3. Providing excellent customer support

4. The internal point of contact for the customers

5. Supporting KAM to maximise time in front of clients

6. Supporting KAM to ensure the relevance and effectiveness of meetings

Key Responsibilities:



Sales & Business Development Support:



Arranging and booking Key Account appointments with the customers Assess customer accounts by to ensure Customers are using us for all our services. Prepare reports and insights to support key account activities. Support the creation and management of proposals, quotes, and sales presentations. Monitor and track sales pipelines, ensuring timely follow-ups and updates. Holding your Key Account Manager to account!

Customer Relationship Management:



Act as the internal point of contact for key accounts when the KAM is out of the office. Coordinate with internal departments (Operations, Finance, Marketing & Technical) to ensure smooth service delivery and excellent customer service Assist in handling client enquiries, resolving minor issues, and escalating critical concerns to the KAM. Building and maintaining relationships with customers through proactive activity Help in organising customer visits, events and other engagement activities.

Process Management:



Maintain CRM systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date Customer data. Track and analyse Key Account performance metrics. Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer experience.

Administrative & Executive Support:



Prepare meeting agendas, briefing documents, and presentation materials. Handle correspondence, emails, and follow-ups on behalf of the KAM. Maintain and update client records, contracts, and account documentation. Assist with expense reporting and budget tracking for the KAM

Key Skills & Qualifications:



Energetic, with the mindset to be a Winner! Proactive and sales driven a key quality required Exhibit the characteristics of "Hungry, Humble & Smart" Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with internal teams and external clients. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and it is beneficial if you have experience in CRM software Zoho. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with other teams Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Prior experience in sales, business development, or key account management support is a bonus.

Pay: 28,000.00-35,000.00 per year
