We are looking for an enthusiastic Key Accounts Coordinator to work at our site in Tilbrook, Milton Keynes (MK7 8BN).




You will be expected to work Monday to Friday, 0830-1730.




The position holder will provide an excellent Freight Forwarding service to Key Account clientele. Also, develop specialist knowledge of the industry and work closely with team members, clients and suppliers

Key responsibilities:




Plan, schedule, and manage daily container movements for clients. Address all operational requirements and inquiries from clients accurately and courteously. Ensure high standards of customer experience and operational service. Communicate relevant information to team members and escalate as needed. Adhere to deadlines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Monitor departmental performance and complete administrative functions on time. Prepare and present KPI reports to clients. Manage service costs and participate in team meetings. Maintain accurate records of daily movements and real-time data. Follow health and safety regulations, taking responsibility for oneself and others. Perform additional duties as requested by the Team Leader or management.


Key requirements:




Experience in an administrative or customer service role (experience in logistics or freight forwarding is a plus) Proactive and flexible approach Strong stakeholder management skills Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure Exceptional attention to detail Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong customer service skills Proficient numeracy and literacy skills Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office and in-house systems Financial awareness
