We are looking for an enthusiastic motivated individual with experience in a previous similar role.
The role consists of being in charge of the general day to day running of the bar/restaurant one day per week in the managers absence.
Ensuring high levels of customer service at all times with quick efficient delivery of food/drink orders.
Motivating other members of staff to be the best version they can be.
Must have cocktail experience.
