We are hiring a
Key Holder
for ourMagherafelt
store, for a 20 hourpart time
position.Experience is preferred but full training is provided and contract guaranteed.
You will be working in a fast paced environment with a fun and lively team.
The role will include:
Effective leadership over a team of staff
Carrying out all duties of counter staff
Operating the till and cashing up at night, including banking
Take responsibility of store when manager is not on shift
Carrying out and recording necessary checks and cleaning
Maintaining high standard of training staff
Maintaining high standard of customer service
Opening/closing of store
Manage stock and place orders
Successful applicants must:
Have previous experience in a supervisory role in hospitality
Be tidy, self-disciplined and punctual, setting a good example to other staff
Be able to work on own initiative and as part of a team
Bring an enthusiastic energy to the team and motivate them to work hard
Maintain brand standards at all times
Be open to growth within the company
Have a willingness to learn
Right to work in the UK
