Responsibilities
Assist in managing store operations, including inventory management and merchandising strategies.
Implement sales strategies to achieve targets while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
Maintain an organised and visually appealing store environment that aligns with brand standards.
Foster a positive team atmosphere through effective communication and motivation.
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance the shopping experience.
Skills
Proficient in retail management practices, including sales management and merchandising techniques.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette.
Exceptional organisational skills and time management capabilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Previous administrative experience is preferred to support operational functions effectively.
