Key Operative - Hatchery Operations

Shift Pattern: Friday to Tuesday 12:00noon - 8:00pm or 2:00pm - 10:00pm

Key Operative

to support the smooth running of our Hatchery. This is a hands-on role with leadership responsibilities, offering variety across key areas including supervision, egg handling, chick despatch, and quality control.

What you'll do:

Step up as Supervisor when needed to ensure operational efficiency Organise production lines and support team performance Monitor egg and chick quality, hygiene, and chemical usage Record and report key data across hatchery processes Liaise with management and maintenance teams to resolve issues Support despatch, vaccine administration, and quality checks

What we're looking for:

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to lead and motivate others Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production environment Flexible and willing to work across different hatchery areas
