About the Role

As a Keyworker, you'll be at the heart of our recovery programme--supporting individuals on their journey to wellness and independence.

Your day-to-day will include:

Delivering 1:1 key working sessions

Developing and implementing tailored recovery plans

Running group therapy and workshops

Liaising with care managers and supporting multi-disciplinary collaboration

You'll be part of a rota-based team, with some occasional weekend and bank holiday shifts.

What We're Looking For

Experience: At least 1 year in the substance misuse, mental health or social care sector

Qualifications: Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent mental health qualification such as Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner)

Extras: A full driving licence is essential, with D1 minibus category preferred

Personal experience with addiction or recovery (your story could be your strength)
