Key Worker
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Key Worker to provide Care and support to the residents within our residential home in Pentraeth.
You must be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, both spoken and written at all levels.
Experience in working in a residential setting and dealing with Medication is essential.
Qualified to an NVQ level 2 is also essential with the willingness to undertake the qualification to level 3 will be required.
The hours are 33 hours a week working three days a week including every other weekend
