The Role

We're looking for a confident, hands-on supervisor to help keep things running smoothly day to day. You'll lead by example on shift, support the team, and make sure every cup leaves just right.

Key Bits

Key holder -- opening and closing the shop responsibly. Stock checks, ordering, and keeping everything topped up. Supporting staff and keeping service running smoothly. Excellent barista knowledge -- coffee made properly, not by numbers. Looking after the coffee equipment -- daily care, cleaning, and dialling. Helping with food handling and prep. Delivering friendly, efficient customer service every time.

About You

You've got

barista or supervisory experience

, ideally in a

speciality or independent coffee shop

(we love people who know the craft side of coffee -- no corporate scripts here). Confident, reliable, and a real team player. Passionate about coffee and people. Organised but easy-going, with a good sense of humour.

Available weekends, Mondays and Tuesdays
