Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Keyworker Level 3 to join our early childhood education team. We are happy to supply training such as an apprenticeship as an Early Years Educator. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting children's development, ensuring their safety, and fostering a nurturing environment. This position offers an opportunity to utilise your management and leadership skills within a childcare setting, contributing positively to children's growth and well-being.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality care and support to children in accordance with organisational policies and early childhood education standards Lead and supervise a team of nursery staff, ensuring effective management and coordination of daily activities Develop and implement engaging educational programmes tailored to individual children's needs Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues through excellent communication skills Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children at all times, adhering to health and safety regulations Support children's social, emotional, and behavioural development through appropriate activities and interactions Maintain accurate records using online Famly of children's progress, attendance, and any incidents or concerns

Qualifications

Proven experience working with children in a nursery or early childhood setting Strong management and leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team Knowledge of child development principles and childcare best practices Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written Childcare qualifications such as NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent are desirable Experience with early childhood education programmes is preferred Valid driving licence is advantageous for transporting children or attending external activities Ability to work effectively within a team while demonstrating initiative and organisational skills

Pay: 21,500.00-26,500.00 per year

Expected hours: 36 per week
