Job Overview



Temple Martial Arts are looking for passionate, happy individuals with bright personalities who are keen to begin training for an exciting new career as a Professional Kickboxing Coach! We value interpersonal skills and an energetic attitude above all else. An ideal candidate will be comfortable delivering martial arts sessions to separate groups of adults and children of varying abilities. They will have experience in one or more martial arts/ combat sports and possess skills that can be adapted to suit the individual syllabus set out by Temple Martial Arts.

Responsibilities



Deliver kickboxing lesson plans. Be passionate about teaching and building positive relationships with members. Understand the individual abilities of potential students to tailor lessons to their needs. Communicate complex concepts in a way that is easily understood. Be captivating and inspiring to both adults and children. Guide members through a structured syllabus. Support members in achieving their goals. Develop individuals who show the potential to compete or to become coaches.

Qualifications



Proven experience in sports coaching, with a strong understanding of the sport's fundamentals. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to educate and inspire athletes effectively. Strong organisational skills to manage training schedules, events, and athlete progress. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated. Relevant coaching certifications or qualifications are advantageous but not mandatory. A genuine passion for sports and a commitment to the development of young athletes.
Promising candidates will be invited to a Zoom interview, after which candidates may be invited to a further interview in person. Applicants must be UK residents. Pay: From 13.00 per hour
