Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Coach to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sports coaching and experience working with students of various ages. This role requires an individual who can inspire, motivate, and teach essential skills in a variety of physical activities, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for all participants.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement training programs tailored to the needs of students in various sports and physical activities. Teach fundamental skills in areas such as swimming, karate, basketball, cheerleading, climbing, judo, and other martial arts. Provide supervision and ensure the safety of all participants during training sessions and events. Utilize behavior management techniques to foster a positive learning environment. Collaborate with other staff members to coordinate schedules, events, and activities. Maintain open communication with students and their families regarding progress and areas for improvement. Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance their skills.

Experience

Previous experience in sports coaching or teaching physical education is highly desirable. Lifeguard experience is a plus for roles involving swimming instruction. Background in martial arts or specific sports (karate, judo, basketball) is preferred. Experience working with children or youth in a childcare or educational setting is essential. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with students and manage diverse behavior effectively.
