Are you energetic, outgoing, and passionate about making a difference in young people's lives? We're looking for someone who loves helping kids grow in confidence, develop new skills, and most importantly--have fun!
As part of our Ofsted-registered school holiday play scheme, you'll be leading exciting sports, crafts, and games sessions for children aged 5-15. You'll also be in charge of the daily running of Kids Camp, making sure everything runs smoothly, ensuring the children's safety, and supporting the fantastic staff team.
In this role, you'll create a welcoming and engaging environment where children feel safe, happy, and entertained. You'll plan and deliver fun-filled activities, communicate with parents, and make sure every child leaves with the right person. You'll also support staff and help maintain Ofsted standards, ensuring everything meets the highest level of care.
About You
We're looking for someone with a minimum Level 3 qualification in a relevant field, as set out in the National Qualifications Framework. First Aid training is essential, but if you're not already qualified, we're happy to support you in getting certified. Experience of working with children in a fun and supportive setting is important, and a friendly, approachable personality is a must. Experience of working with children with SEND would be an advantage.
