As a Kids Club Assistant you will assist with the smooth running of the Kids Club operation, creating a safe environment and providing an exciting and stimulating program of activities for children aged 3 to 8 years old. We are looking for a part time colleague to assist in adhering to all check in and safeguarding procedures when needed, as well as acting as a safeguarding officer in the event of disclosures or concerns involving a child. You will have a passion for working with children and be highly motivated to work in a fun and inspiring Kids Club.

Who we are looking for?

Previous experience working with young children, ideally in early years. Confident in providing child first aid and knowledgeable in health and safety practices relating to childcare. Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking to colleagues and senior management as well as our members, guests and their children. An enthusiastic team player with a positive mindset and hugely charismatic. A genuine passion for providing a fun and exciting club for young children.

This is made up of a base rate of 14.38 per hour, plus inclusion in our service charge scheme.
