Kiosk Staff

Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Kiosk Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and customer service, ensuring that every visitor has an enjoyable experience. You will be responsible for food preparation, maintaining food safety standards, and providing excellent service while upselling menu items. This role requires strong time management skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve food items in accordance with established recipes and food safety guidelines. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kiosk area, including equipment and utensils. Engage with customers to provide information about menu items and upsell products effectively. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently. Assist with inventory management, including stock rotation and ordering supplies as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.

Requirements

Previous experience in a culinary or restaurant environment is preferred. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential. Basic maths skills for handling transactions and inventory counts. Strong time management abilities to prioritise tasks effectively during peak hours. Excellent communication skills with a friendly disposition towards customers. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting. A willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures as required.

Pay: 10.00-13.00 per hour
