We are currently recruiting a passionate and experienced

Supervisor

to join our team at the YO! Sushi kiosk inside Tesco Hereford. This hands-on role involves supporting food preparation, delivering top-tier customer service, and helping to ensure smooth and efficient operations in our fast-paced kitchen.

What You'll Be Doing:



Supporting the Kiosk Manager in daily operations - preparing fresh food and offering friendly, efficient service to all customers. Maintaining high attention to detail and delivering consistent quality in a fast-moving environment. Accurately completing and recording daily checks - including deliveries, waste, and food temperatures. Helping to build customer loyalty by maintaining high standards of food presentation and service. Confidently engaging with customers, demonstrating deep menu knowledge, and encouraging sales to ensure an excellent experience every time. Assisting the Manager with cost control, including labour, food costs, and gross sales to maximise profitability. Helping plan staff rotas, manage holiday schedules, and provide strong leadership during kiosk operating hours. Being flexible and available to support other kiosks as needed. Overseeing the kiosk's daily operations - including production planning, focusing on top-selling products, stock checks, safe food handling, and secure opening/closing procedures. Supervising and motivating team members during your shifts. Providing emergency cover when necessary. Consistently upholding high food quality standards. Promoting a clean, safe, and well-organised workspace - acting as a safety-first leader by reporting hazards or food safety concerns immediately. Fostering a positive, team-focused culture through engagement, encouragement, and support. Working with your Manager to identify training needs and help develop a high-performing team. Delivering on-the-job training in a supportive and constructive manner - reinforcing good performance and providing helpful feedback.

Pay: From 13.00 per hour
