multiple experienced Kitchen and Bathroom Installers
to join our team on a
full-time basis
.
The Role
As a Kitchen and Bathroom Installer, you'll carry out
complete installations
, including plumbing, tiling, carpentry, flooring, and finishing work. You'll work on both domestic and commercial projects throughout
Lincolnshire
, delivering to a high standard and ensuring client satisfaction.
This is a
full-time employed position
, starting with a
probation period of up to 12 months
(which may be shortened based on performance). During probation, you'll use your own tools and transport. After this, you'll receive a

Key Responsibilities
Complete full kitchen and bathroom installations
Work in a variety of property types: homes, offices, warehouses, and commercial units
Perform plumbing, tiling, joinery, electrical connections (if certified), and finishing work
Read and interpret plans, drawings, and client specifications
Ensure all work complies with safety standards and UK building regulations
Maintain a clean and professional working environment
Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and the wider team
Work to deadlines and uphold quality on every job
What You'll Need
Minimum of 3 years' hands-on experience in kitchen/bathroom installations
Strong practical skills in plumbing, tiling, carpentry, and finishing
Either an electrical certification and/or a plumbing/gas qualification
(e.g. NICEIC, Part P, Gas Safe)
Experience across both domestic and commercial projects preferred
Full UK driving licence
Own tools and transport during probation
CSCS card (preferred but not essential)
Professional, dependable, and client-focused approach
