Job Summary:

Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of kitchen and catering services, ensuring high-quality food production and efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day operations of kitchen and catering services. Plan menus in collaboration with chefs and clients, aligning with dietary needs and event requirements. Ensure all food meets exceptional standards for quality, flavor, and presentation. Develop staff schedules and manage workforce planning to meet operational demands. Supervise and support team members, promoting high performance and morale. Enforce compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations. Monitor and control food and labor costs to maintain profitability. Manage inventory levels, monitor usage, and oversee stock replenishment. Source and liaise with suppliers, negotiating contracts for food products and equipment. Ensure services operate within budget constraints while maintaining high quality. Coordinate catering logistics for events, ensuring smooth and timely execution.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 39,000.00 per year
