We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to lead our team and oversee and be involved in the day-to-day catering operations. This is a senior leadership position ideal for someone who combines a passion for high standards withstrong managerial expertise.
You will be responsible for both the menu design and the kitchen leadership to budget control and achieve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the kitchen and catering teams to deliver high-quality food and service throughout the day which can include Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.
Design and implement fresh, seasonal and event-specific menus with a focus on flavour, presentation, and cost-effectiveness
Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, hygiene standards, and stock management
Ensure full compliance with food safety, health & safety, and hygiene regulations (HACCP). Lead by example on our daily cleaning routines.
Manage training, and performance to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
Build and maintain supplier relationships, ensuring cost control and quality standards are met
To work with us to build a team to move forwards including at least one apprentice.
Requirements
A minimum of 3 years' appropriate experience
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop kitchen and catering teams
Strong understanding of food safety standards, allergen management, and hygiene compliance
Experience in budgeting, stock control, and menu costing, organisation and time management.
A proactive, hands-on approach and a commitment to excellence
