Duties
Assist in meal preparation and food preparation tasks, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.
Support chefs in cooking and catering for various events, maintaining efficiency during busy periods.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, including washing dishes, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of waste properly.
Follow food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure the health and safety of all kitchen staff and customers.
Help with serving meals during service periods, ensuring that all dishes are presented correctly.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of meals and assist with any additional tasks as required.
Skills
Previous experience in a kitchen environment or restaurant setting is highly desirable.
Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential.
