Duties

Support chef ensuring that all kitchen equipment is clean and well-maintained . Follow food safety protocols to maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment. To support/assist the Nursery Chef in ensuring a high standard of catering with all food being prepared for the children through following the policies, procedures, legislative guidelines and relevant instructions as set out by the Nursery. To complete advanced Food Hygiene Certificate

Requirements of Kitchen Assistant role:

Understanding of catering for special diets, allergies and intolerances Ability to work quickly but efficiently-
