Previous experience in a kitchen environment or restaurant is ESSENTIAL Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential. Culinary skills with an understanding of meal preparation techniques. Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a busy setting. Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
