Job Description

We're on the lookout for a Kitchen Assistant to join our busy rugby club team. It's a hands-on role where you'll get stuck in and keep things running smoothly.

Your week will look like this:- Thursdays- 17:30-21:30 (general wash up duties/cleaning and serving players post training- 20:45 we start serving)

Weekends- Big game days (every other weekend) Saturday- 10:00-19:00pm. Help serving pre match food/wash up until its time to set up the bbq and start cooking (someone will help you serve) and this will be your domain! We then serve post match food after the bbq has closed down until the last player is fed!

Every other saturday is quieter with 2/3 smaller games and this is just post match food. Main duties this day would be wash up and cleaning/some use of the fryers). Hours 12:00-Close

All sundays will be worked and duties on this day would be mainly wash up and cleaning with some serving of players again and use of the fryers....also bacon roll construction). Hours will be 11:00-Close.

What we need from you:

Previous experience in a kitchen role

Can do attitude

Knowledge of Food Hygiene and Health and Safety practices within a kitchen.

Flexibility within your role

Good organisational skills

Team player

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From 12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week
