We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting the kitchen & service staff by assisting with meal preparation, maintaining food safety standards, and ensuring a clean and organised kitchen environment. Responsibilities

Prepare and serve food and beverages according to menu standards. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and utensils. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Follow all food hygiene, allergen and safety regulations Support front of house staff during busy periods Assist with stock rotation, deliveries and order placing. Provide friendly, professional service to families and children.
Experience

Previous experience in a kitchen environment is advantageous but not essential; we welcome applicants eager to learn. Familiarity with culinary terms and practices is beneficial. Knowledge of food safety regulations is preferred. A passion for cooking and willingness to help others in a team-oriented environment. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.

Applicants must be 18+. Please note weekend work is essential do not apply if you can not work weekends.
