To assist where necessary with the day to day management of the kitchens.
To assist with the preparation of meals as laid out in menus and dietary requirement sheets.
To carry out stock control in the absence of the Chef.
To carry out record keeping as necessary.
Washing up duties as required.
To assist the Chef in ensuring that the hygiene standards with the kitchen meet Local Environment Health Department requirements.
To assist the Chef to ensure the well-being and safe keeping of all kitchen equipment and utensils.
When necessary, to set tables and trays, serve meals, tidy and clear the Dining Room.
Any other duties as required.
