Friday and Saturday (shift 1)

11am - 3 pm

(shift 2 start and end can vary)

4pm- 1 am

Sunday (shift 1)

11 am - 7pm

(shift 2 start and end can vary)

4pm-11pm

Please BEFORE APPLYING make sure you can commute to and from work in the late weekend hours. There is some flexibility over working hours but the ability to work at the weekend is essential.

Duties & Responsibilities

Dough-making or/and kitchen assistant Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the shop as directed by the manager Complete opening and closing checklists as well as weekly cleaning checklist. Understand and comply consistently with our standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards, rules, policies, and procedures. Handle, store, and rotate all products properly. Maintain a clean and sanitary work and service area, including tables, shelves, walls, oven, and refrigeration equipment. Perform other related duties as assigned by the manager

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a similar environment is not essential as training will be given Be able to work FAST, reach, bend, and work standing position for long periods. Work well in a very BUSY environment Be flexible with your work schedule

YOU NEED TO BE AVAILABLE TO WORK DURING WEEKENDS (up to 1 AM)
