Job Description
Are you passionate about the culinary arts and have a keen eye for detail? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our client as a kitchen assistant. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring the highest standards of food preparation, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.
Hours - Monday - Sunday 7:00-19:00 - ad hoc, pick when you work!
Duration - Temporary ongoing
Location - Across Edinburgh
Pay - \xc2\xa311.25
Immediate start
You will be:
- Cooking a full range of meals and recipes
- Completing paperwork (i.e. recording temperatures, allergen paperwork, etc)
- Completing audits of the service (such as cleaning schedules)
- Receiving deliveries
- Stock rotation
- Storing food and labelling it appropriately
- Controlling hygiene within the kitchen
- Supporting with set up and assisting with service
- Supporting with any other tasks as required
You will be required to apply for a PVG at a cost of \xc2\xa359 (\xc2\xa318 for an update) for children.
