We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic person to become part of our kitchen Team.
Full training / coaching will be provided.
Under the leadership of our Head Chef and Management Team, you will have the opportunity to work with our friendly team, develop your skills and enjoy the variety offered by a role in hospitality.
Hours vary to cover breakfast, lunch, dinner and evening functions.
About The Role
We're looking for an enthusiastic and energetic, self-motivated Chef with a passion for quality ingredients and an overall love of food, someone who thrives on working as part of a team but equally just as well independently.
Working amongst our strong Kitchen team and alongside our restaurant manager to maintain our high level of standards and contribute to the continued growth of The Customs House.
To assist our Head Chef with all aspects of the daily running of the Kitchen including, minimising waste, food safety and hygiene, preparing dishes in accordance with menu specification, food preparation, cleaning and other general duties.
Salary from 14ph, based on age and experience.
