Working within the kitchen team you will be helping prepare vegetables, salad ingredients and preparing simple foods such as sandwiches, soups, easy desserts, tea trollies and using the commercial dishwasher to clear trollies of used crockery. There are also daily kitchen cleaning duties. Helping with the stock delivery and generally making hot drinks for any guest or staff member at the kitchen serving hatch is a regular duty. This is for 28 hours per week, and includes weekends.
You may have experience in a commercial kitchen or just enjoy working in a busy, friendly kitchen environment. You may already have Basic Food Hygiene, if not, training can be given for the right candidate.
