Key Responsibilities

Assist the Chef with preparing and serving meals Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment Follow food hygiene and health & safety standards Monitor and manage stock levels and kitchen supplies Support residents with specific dietary needs and allergies Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and surfaces Report any equipment faults or safety concerns Contribute to safeguarding and promoting resident welfare

What We're Looking For

Experience in a kitchen or care home is preferred but not essential Basic knowledge of food hygiene (training can be provided) Reliable, hard-working, and team-oriented Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings Strong communication and time management skills
