About Us:

We are a friendly, family-run Mediterranean and Italian restaurant, known for our fresh ingredients, signature sourdough pizzas, and welcoming atmosphere. We're looking for a reliable and hard-working Kitchen Assistant to support our chefs and help keep the kitchen running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist chefs with basic food preparation (washing, chopping, portioning, etc.) Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment at all times Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment promptly and thoroughly Help with receiving and storing deliveries Dispose of waste and follow food hygiene procedures Support the kitchen team during busy service times

Requirements:

Previous kitchen experience is a bonus but not essential Hard-working, fast, and able to stay calm under pressure Good understanding of hygiene and cleanliness Willingness to learn and work as part of a team Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends Basic English for communication in the kitchen
