Kitchen Assistant

to join our back-of-house team and help keep the kitchen running smoothly.

Job Overview

This is a hands-on role suited to someone reliable, hardworking, and eager to learn. You'll support our chefs with food prep, kitchen cleanliness, and day-to-day operations. Experience in a busy kitchen is preferred, and familiarity with Turkish cuisine is a bonus - but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with basic food preparation (washing, chopping, portioning, etc.) Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment Wash dishes and ensure equipment is cleaned and stored properly Follow food safety and hygiene procedures at all times Support chefs during busy service periods Assist with deliveries and stock rotation

What We're Looking For

Some kitchen or food prep experience in a fast-paced environment A positive attitude and strong work ethic Good time management and attention to detail Willingness to learn and work as part of a team Experience with Turkish cuisine is a plus, but not required
