We are seeking a passionate individual to join our culinary team as a Kitchen assistant, in this role, you will play a vital part in food preparation and cooking, ensuring that our meals meet the highest standards of quality and safety. You will contribute in creating a delightful dining experiences for our guests in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities



Working flexible hours / days Help with preparation of a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards. Assist in meal preparation, ensuring all ingredients are fresh and properly stored. Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout the kitchen. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during busy periods. Participate in menu planning and contribute creative ideas for new dishes. Ensure that all kitchen equipment is clean and well-maintained. Support the serving team by assisting with plating and presentation of dishes.

Skills



Full training given Previous kitchen experience is desirable. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration.
