As a Kitchen Assistant, Meallmore will allocate you your own mentor, as well as a comprehensive induction process. But why stop there? Your role as a Kitchen Assistant will include:

Keeping the kitchen areas clean and tidy Supporting the catering team with basic food preparation as they create seasonal meals for our residents Properly cleaning and sanitising all food preparation areas according to established standards of hygiene Assist with specialist dietary requirements and serve nutritional meals

Required skills:

Basic knowledge of food preparation and food hygiene The ability to stand for extended periods The ability to work in a fast-paced environment The ability to work in a team Excellent organisational and time management skills Effective communication skills
