We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Assistant to support our culinary team in delivering high-quality food services. Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, including washing utensils, equipment, and work surfaces Assist with food preparation Support the catering team preparing for events Help with inventory management by organising and purchasing stock both online and in person at a selection of wholesalers and supermarkets Help organise equipment for events Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations at all times Follow health and safety protocols diligently to ensure a safe working environment

Skills

Prior experience in catering, cooking environments is highly advantageous Strong understanding of food preparation techniques and kitchen safety procedures Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour Willingness to learn new culinary skills and adapt to different kitchen environments Ability to drive company vehicles
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.21-13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
